Packages
The Packages module simplifies the organization and offering of bundled services. Quickly view package availability by location and vehicle type. Customize packages with add-on services, flexible pricing, and tax rates for specific locations and vehicle types.
Vehicle Types
With this module, you can effortlessly add and manage various vehicle types such as sedans, SUVs, buses, and more. Customize the visual representation by assigning one of the 24 available vehicle type icons or uploading your own custom vehicle image. Additionally, you have the flexibility to define an initial fee and tax rate if needed.
Availability
The Car Wash booking plugin gives you the flexibility to define working days, business hours, and breaks as needed. Ensure accurate availability by excluding holidays and custom dates from bookings.
Booking Calendar
Select your preferred time and date formats to display in the calendar and booking summary. Set the booking slot size, allowing customers to conveniently choose from available time slots. Define the lead time, specifying the duration before which customers can start making reservations. With the advance booking period, you can set how many days in advance bookings are allowed. Take control of the calendar navigation by setting the advance period for users to view and select available dates. Additionally, enable or disable month navigation.
Multiple Payment Methods
The plugin supports various payment methods, including cash, Stripe, PayPal, and the WooCommerce payment gateways.
Workplaces / All World Currencies
Specify the maximum number of car wash workplaces (slots) available for providing services at a given location.

Coupons
The plugin features a coupon generator that allows you to create discount coupons with either a fixed or percentage discount. You can set options such as usage limits and coupon activation dates. Dependent Services / Google Calendar Integration
You can bind selected services to packages as add-ons. They will be available only when a given package is selected (for a given type of vehicle or location).

Notifications
The plugin is integrated with the Nexmo and Twilio API for SMS notifications, enhancing the customer experience.
Custom Agreements / Color Picker
The plugin includes the ability to create multiple agreement fields that the client must accept before submitting the form. These fields can be made optional or required based on settings in the admin panel. This feature is particularly important in regards to compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
With built-in color picker you can define your own colors to match booking form to your website.
WooCommerce
If you use WooCommerce on your website, we’ve got you covered. Login, registration, order processing, and payment gateway support are all provided by WooCommerce. Please note that the Car Wash plugin is also fully functional without WooCommerce installed.

Admin Features of Car Wash Booking System for WordPress
Bookings Module
Displays a list of all submitted orders (bookings) in the system.
- Browse, edit, or delete submitted bookings.
- Sort by name, location, status, price, duration, booking date, or client.
- Filter by date, location, and status.
- Set statuses for bookings: Pending (new), Processing (accepted), Cancelled (rejected), Completed (finished), On Hold, Refunded, Failed.
- View booking details, including service date, start and end time, and total duration.
- View net price, gross price, and total price to pay (including gratuity and coupon).
- View gratuity value.
- View service location.
- View vehicle type.
- View ordered package details including package name, package net price, package gross price, and tax rate.

Locations Module
This module allows you to create an unlimited number of booking forms (locations) with different settings for each form. Each location is an individual booking form and its corresponding calendar. The system is not limited to the number of forms. There are many options available.
General Settings
- Browse, add, edit, or delete locations.
- Generate and copy a simple shortcode to place the form on any page.
- Select the form currency from all the world currencies.
- Select the default tax rate for a given location.
- Choose how you want to display the services and packages: “Services” option: only the individual services will be shown. “Packages” option: both the packages and their corresponding services will be displayed. “Packages and services” option: all packages and individual services will be shown.
- Enable or disable booking and payment management by the WooCommerce plugin.
- Specify the maximum number of car wash workplaces (slots) available for providing services at a given location.
- Enable or disable displaying only one booking step at a time.
- Enable or disable scrolling to the next booking step after completing the previous one.
- Select whether to reset the form after a successful booking or keep the form data.
- Define the URL address for the “Thank you” page to which the customer will be redirected after submitting the booking, in case a payment method is not selected.
- Enable or disable location selection. If enabled, display as a drop-down list or blocks.
- Turn on or off the display of locations in the locations selector list.
- Enable or disable the vehicle type selection.
- Set the vehicle type selected by default in the booking form.
- Specify the initial number of services to be shown when the page loads, with the option to include a “Show More” button at the bottom of the list, or display all services at once.
- Enable or disable the visibility of service description.
- Specify the initial number of time slots to be shown in the calendar when the page loads, with the option to include a “Show More” button at the bottom of the list, or display all time slots at once.
- Enable or disable customer login/register functionality.
- Enable or disable customer address data collection.
- Enable or disable sticky booking summary section.
- Define a custom summary text for your clients that will be displayed above the “Submit” button.
- Define the visibility of form fields in the booking form. Choose from the following options: company name, street address, zip code, city, state, country, custom message, gratuity, and service location.
- Enable or disable the coupons option.
- Build a list of agreements needed to be accepted by the customer before placing an order.
Date & Time
- Specify the working days and business hours, including breaks, as intervals from-to. You can define multiple breaks per weekday if needed.
- Exclude holidays or custom dates from the booking.
- Select the time format to be displayed in the calendar.
- Select the date format to be displayed in the booking summary.
- Set the booking slot size in minutes e.g. 30 min slots will show open slots at 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 etc.
- Specify the duration in minutes, hours, or days before the desired date and time when customers can start making reservations. This duration is measured from the current date and time.
- Set advance booking period to allow booking up to number of days in advance.
- Set calendar navigation advance period. Control how far ahead users can navigate the calendar to view and select available dates.
- Enable or disable month navigation in the calendar.
Notifications
- Set e-mail account sender details for reservation confirmation via e-mail.
- Set recipient e-mail addresses for reservation confirmation via e-mail.
- Configure SMTP settings.
- Set notification options for SMS (Vonage, Twilio).
Address
- Define the address and contact details for location.
- Define the google maps coordinates for location.
Payments
- Specify whether customers must select a payment method during the booking process.

With this module you can create services for clients. You can later group selected services into packages.

Vehicles Module
With this module, you can add different types of vehicles with varying prices or service durations.
- Browse, edit, or delete vehicle types.
- Set the name of your vehicle type, and item order.
- Assign one of 24 available vehicle type icons or assign your custom featured image.
- If you use an image instead of an icon, you can define its maximum height (width will be calculated automatically).
- Define initial fee and tax rate for a given vehicle type (optional).
Coupons Module
The module enables you to create discount coupons.
- Browse, add, edit, or delete discount coupons.
- Define a unique coupon code.
- Select the location for which coupon will be applied.
- Check the current usage count of the coupon.
- Set a usage limit.
- Choose a percentage discount amount or fixed discount amount.
- Set minimum amount for which the discount applies.
- Set the date when the coupon becomes active.
- Set the date when the coupon expires.
Tax Rates Module
The module enables you to create various tax rates.
- Browse, add, edit, or delete tax rates.
