This plugin support ajax function that when you update text on setting page,then notice on website has updated too (Not Refresh).
Finally you can notify last post by function and place its on anywhere.

INSTALLATION
From your Admin Panel go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Browse and pick the Shout Magic archive file.
Click “Install Now” button.
Click “Activate Now” after the plugin has been installed.
A new menu should between Comments and Appearance.
