Installation & Configuration
- Navigate to the “Accounts” section and add your HubSpot account.
- Open the “Setup” section and configure a new integration.
- Match your form fields with the corresponding HubSpot CRM fields.
- Submit a test entry to ensure successful data transfer.
- If an entry fails, review the “Error Logs” section and retry.
- In the “Settings” tab, enable error log notifications for tracking issues.
Accounts Tab
In this section, you can add and manage your HubSpot account. Simply click the “Add Account” button, enter an account name, and click “Authenticate”. You will be redirected to your HubSpot CRM account—just grant access, and you’ll be redirected back with your account successfully added. It’s a quick and easy one-click process!
Setup Tab
In this section, you can create and configure new integrations with HubSpot CRM.
- Click the “Add Integration” button.
- Select the form you want to connect.
- Choose the HubSpot CRM module (Leads, Contacts, Deals, or Tickets).
- Map the form fields to the corresponding HubSpot fields.
- Save your integration settings.
Once set up, all form submissions will be automatically sent to HubSpot CRM. You can also test the integration by submitting a sample form entry.
Error Log
This section helps you track and fix any issues with form submissions sent to HubSpot CRM.
- If a record fails, it will be listed here with an error message.
- Click on the error entry to view details and understand the issue.
- Use the “Resync” option to retry sending failed records.
- Common errors may include missing required fields, authentication issues, or API limits.
Regularly check this tab to ensure all submissions are successfully processed. You can also enable error log notifications in the Settings tab to receive alerts.

Error Logging and Resync – Track failed submissions in the error log. Fix errors and resend data with one click.
Email Notifications for Errors – Get email alerts for failed form submissions, so you can fix issues quickly.
Setup Page with Notes – The setup page includes a notes section where users can add instructions and important details for easier setup.
Delete Data on Uninstall – Option to remove all plugin data when uninstalling the plugin to keep the website clean.
