The ** Sukhiba WhatsApp Integration** plugins allows you to send Whatsapp notifications to customers whenever they place an order, when they cancel an order, and also when an order is refunded. Enhance your customer engagement and keep them updated with real-time notifications.
The plugin also provides an option to send ad-hoc WhatsApp notification in the order details page under order actions
The plugin also provides options in settings > woo commerce > Whatsapp Notification to select the events to which customers will get Whatsapp notifications

- As soon as you install the plugin you are re-directed to https://lite.sukhiba.com/wa-connect where you onboard yourself to Sukhiba using your Meta(facebook) business account.
- As soon as the onboarding is completed, client is redirected to the endpoint ‘/sukhiba/v1/api-key’ of your woocommerce store which is created by our plugin. This step stores the API key passed by Sukhiba.
- Whenever a new order is placed or an existing order is updated, the plugin makes calls to ‘https://lite.sukhiba.com/woocommerce/webhook’ using the API key.
- By installing our plugin you are agreeding to all our terms and consitions which are documented in the page https://lite.sukhiba.com/tnc.
