How it Works
- Install and activate the plugin
- Go to WooCommerce AI Descriptions Settings and choose your AI provider
- Paste your API key (OpenAI, Gemini, or OpenRouter)
- Edit any product — click ✨ Generate Description in the sidebar
- Preview the result and click Apply to Product
- Save the product as normal
Bulk Generation
Go to WooCommerce Bulk Generate, select as many products as you like, and hit generate. The plugin processes them in background batches (5 at a time via WP-Cron) so you never hit PHP timeouts. A live progress bar keeps you updated.
External Services
This plugin sends product data (title, categories, attributes, tags) to third-party AI APIs in order to generate descriptions. No customer personal data is ever transmitted. The specific service used depends on the provider you choose in Settings:

You must supply your own API key for the chosen provider. The plugin makes no API calls unless an API key is configured and a generation is explicitly triggered by a store administrator.
