Gestión de Reclamos helps Peruvian businesses add a digital claims and complaints workflow to WordPress websites, supporting records required for INDECOPI compliance.
The plugin includes a public submission form, case management, status tracking, downloadable receipts, automatic emails, exports, administrative logs, and compatibility with Elementor, Gutenberg, and classic widgets.

External Services
This plugin does not connect to external services by default. It can optionally connect to the following services only when the site administrator enables and configures them.
Cloudflare Turnstile: used for anti-spam validation. When Turnstile is enabled, the plugin loads the Turnstile script from Cloudflare on pages containing the public form. Cloudflare processes the data required to generate the challenge token, and the plugin sends that token from the server to Cloudflare’s verification endpoint when the form is submitted.

Google reCAPTCHA v3: used for anti-spam scoring. When reCAPTCHA is enabled, the plugin loads Google’s reCAPTCHA script on pages containing the public form. Google processes browser and interaction data required to generate the reCAPTCHA token, and the plugin sends that token from the server to Google’s verification endpoint when the form is submitted.

Webhook URL: optional administrator-configured delivery endpoint. When configured, the plugin sends the created case payload to that URL after a successful submission. The destination service, terms, and privacy policy are controlled by the site administrator who configures the webhook.
