Plugin Description
Codela Commerce Toolkit adds independently managed operational modules to WooCommerce. Enable only the tools your store needs and configure them from the Codela menu in WordPress admin.
Included in the free version
- WhatsApp alerts and order notifications: Send configurable WooCommerce order updates through the Twilio WhatsApp API.
- Email notifications: Send administrator notifications through the WordPress mail system.
- Bank transfer notification form: Let customers report an EFT or wire transfer from their order page and review submissions in WordPress admin.
- Cargo tracking: Save carriers and tracking numbers, show shipment information to customers, and send shipment notifications through enabled channels.
- Stock alerts: Let customers request a notification when an out-of-stock product becomes available again.
- Order protection: Flag orders for manual review using configurable fraud-risk rules.
- Support inbox: Keep order-linked customer and administrator messages in WooCommerce.
- Flowboard: Build event-based workflows with available Codela triggers, internal actions, and optional outbound webhooks.
The plugin includes region-aware defaults, Turkish and English translations, and compatibility declarations for WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
Premium version
Optional premium features include advanced checkout and address tools, abandoned-cart recovery, payment reminders, SMS, privacy and consent tools, gift options, review requests, accounting and document tools, shipment-delay monitoring, catalog synchronization, installment displays, and conversion tools.
Premium code is not included in the WordPress.org package. It is delivered as a separate package and licensed through Freemius.

The plugin only contacts the following external services when the related feature is used or enabled.
Freemius
The bundled Freemius SDK provides optional account connection, premium licensing, trials, upgrade checkout, and premium-package updates. Depending on the administrator’s choices and actions, Freemius may receive the site URL, plugin and environment versions, administrator identity and email, license/account identifiers, and diagnostic information. Free modules remain available when the optional account connection is skipped.

Twilio WhatsApp API
When the WhatsApp module is enabled and a message is sent, the plugin makes a request to Twilio. The request contains the configured Twilio account credentials, sender and recipient phone numbers, and message text. Message text can contain order details selected by the store administrator. No WhatsApp request is made until credentials are configured and an administrator sends a test or an enabled notification event runs.

Administrator-configured webhook endpoints
Flowboard can send event payloads to webhook URLs entered and enabled by the store administrator. A payload can contain order, customer, notification, support, or operational data associated with the selected trigger. No outbound webhook is sent until an administrator creates and enables an external webhook node. The receiving provider and its terms and privacy policy are selected by the administrator.
Administrator-configured consent registry endpoint
Where the corresponding consent synchronization setting is available and enabled, the plugin can send consent changes to the endpoint entered by the administrator. Data can include an email address or phone number, consent status, channel, source, order ID, timestamp, and configured site metadata. The registry provider and its terms and privacy policy are selected by the administrator.
Carrier tracking pages
The Cargo Tracking module creates links to public carrier tracking pages. It does not contact a carrier merely by saving or displaying a tracking link. When a person opens a link, their browser sends the tracking number in the URL and normal request information, such as IP address and browser details, to that carrier.
