This plugin connects to the SalesLeak service at https://app.salesleak.io so it can authenticate your account, load your listener data and provide the storefront tracking widget.
When an administrator connects the plugin, the SalesLeak email, password and WordPress site URL are sent securely to SalesLeak for authentication and connection setup. The password is not stored by the WordPress plugin. The plugin stores the connection token and merchant ID returned by SalesLeak.
While the connection is active, the plugin requests listener and reporting data from SalesLeak. On the public storefront, the SalesLeak widget may send the merchant ID, product page URL, product information, shopper feedback, referral and campaign attribution, device and visitor classification, and available cart-value information to SalesLeak when the listener runs or a shopper submits a Signal.
