Plugin Description
Many WooCommerce stores in Spain can’t or don’t want to ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (customs, IGIC instead of VAT, carriers that don’t reach there, etc.), but WooCommerce has no simple way to restrict this by province — only by country.
Restrictor de Envíos España adds a settings screen inside WooCommerce where you choose exactly which Spanish provinces are excluded, with a shortcut button for the typical case (“Canary Islands + Ceuta + Melilla”) or to sell to mainland Spain only. A customer in an excluded zone:
- Sees no shipping method available for their address.
- If they still try to complete the order, sees your custom message and can’t place it.

Compatibility
Works with any theme and any shipping method (local pickup, free shipping, flat rate, third-party carriers): the restriction runs before rates are calculated, so you don’t need separate shipping zones for this.
The plugin’s admin screens and customer-facing messages are in Spanish, matching the audience it’s built for (Spanish WooCommerce stores).
