Plugin Description
Kavin Contact Form Builder gives you a proper form builder without the bloat. Drag fields onto a live preview, click any field to edit it, and embed the finished form with a shortcode or a block.
Every submission is stored in your own database, searchable from the Entries screen, and exportable as a spreadsheet you can actually read.
Build the form you need
- Fourteen field types: single line text, paragraph text, email, phone, number, website, date, dropdown, multiple choice, checkboxes, consent checkbox, hidden field, section heading and an HTML block
- A live preview that shows the real control the moment you add it, not a placeholder
- Drag to reorder, or focus a field’s drag handle and use the arrow keys
- Duplicate any field, including changes you have not saved yet
- Search the field palette
Collect and read the answers
- Every entry stored in a dedicated table, not buried in your posts
- Filter by form and by status, and search the answers themselves
- Read, unread, spam and permanent delete, individually or in bulk
- CSV export with one row per submission and a column per field
- Formula injection is neutralised on export, so a submitted answer can never run as a spreadsheet formula
Get told about it
- Email yourself on every submission, and optionally send the visitor a confirmation
- Smart tags for any answer, the whole form, the entry number, the date and more
- Notifications send from your own domain with the visitor in Reply-To, which is what keeps form mail out of spam
- Works with any SMTP plugin, because delivery goes through the standard WordPress mailer
