Plugin Description
SellQro – Contact Form and Lead CRM is an original, local-first WordPress plugin for a SellQro Customer Workspace. It provides a professional accessible form builder and free local Form Mapping for WPForms/WPForms Lite, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, and Fluent Forms.
Form discovery, mapping, confirmation, and local entry capture are free for all WordPress plugin users. Sending mapped entries to SellQro CRM remains Paid-only and requires a valid exact-workspace connection.
Administrator-confirmed mapped values are stored together with submission-time visitor IP and page URL (including tracking parameters). These details appear in native notification emails and the existing CRM Requirement message. Passwords, payment/card fields, government IDs, CAPTCHA values, nonces, tokens, API keys, files/file URLs, raw POST data, hidden security metadata, and unmapped values are excluded.
External SellQro service
The plugin can send mapped lead fields to https://sellqro.com/app/api/connectors/wordpress/v1 after a Workspace Admin enters a one-time pairing code from the exact Paid workspace. Save and connect securely saves the scoped credential and activates it in one step. This external service is required for real CRM delivery, but not for local form storage. The plugin sends the site URL, installation ID, plugin/schema versions, connector/event identifiers, form/source identifiers, private source label, timestamp, and permitted mapped fields including visitor IP and page URL in the Requirement message. It does not send a payload-selected workspace ID.
The separate SellQro backend must enforce Paid-plan access, exact-workspace scope, quotas, replay protection, and credential state. If that backend is unavailable or does not implement the documented contract, connection and CRM delivery fail closed; no fake success is shown.

Optional email services
Email notifications are optional. Existing WordPress mail uses the site’s configured wp_mail() transport. If an administrator chooses Gmail and saves their address and App Password, enabled notifications and requested test emails authenticate to smtp.gmail.com using STARTTLS on port 587. Google receives the authentication details, sender/recipient addresses and email content, including submitted lead details in enabled notifications. Custom SMTP uses the administrator’s chosen mail server and authentication settings. That server receives the sender/recipient addresses and message content. Its operator’s terms and privacy policy apply. Neither Gmail nor custom SMTP is contacted merely by activating the plugin.
Privacy
The default local retention is 90 days, with 30, 90, 180, 365 days, or forever available. WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools are integrated. Uninstall retains data unless the administrator enables permanent removal and enters the exact confirmation phrase. Site owners are responsible for lawful notices, consent, recipients, retention, and requests in every system that stores a copy.
