Wolfcourt Brand Loader Wordpress Plugin - Rating, Reviews, Demo & Download
Plugin Description
Wolfcourt Brand Loader displays a short logo animation while a page finishes loading. It uses the configured image, the theme custom logo, or the site name as a fallback.
Features:
- Configurable logo URL, background, width, and duration.
- Front-page-only or site-wide display.
- Once-per-session option using browser session storage.
- Automatic reduced-motion bypass.
- The overlay closes immediately when a visitor starts using the keyboard or pointer.
- The overlay stays hidden if JavaScript does not start, so it cannot trap the storefront.
- No jQuery, bundled remote service, tracking, or customer data collection.
- Migration from Temptation Loader settings.
Keep loader durations short: delaying access to content can reduce usability and conversion.
Troubleshooting
- The animation does not appear? Check whether Front page only or Only once per browser session is enabled. Try a new browser session and confirm that your device does not request reduced motion.
- The wrong logo appears? Set a logo URL in Settings > Brand Loader, or leave it empty to use the theme’s custom logo or the site name.
- The page seems delayed? Reduce the duration or disable the loader. Test with your caching and optimisation plugins, especially on mobile.
- Migrating from Temptation Loader? Deactivate the old loader first so the two overlays cannot run together.
Privacy
The plugin stores its appearance settings in WordPress site options. If Only once per browser session is enabled, it writes a local wolfcourt_loader_seen_v1 flag to the visitor’s browser session storage; the flag is not transmitted to the server. There is no telemetry or plugin-operated external service. A logo URL hosted on another domain may cause the visitor’s browser to request that image from that domain; use a locally hosted media-library logo if this is undesirable. Uninstall removes the Wolfcourt settings on each site in a multisite network but preserves any older Temptation Loader settings; browser session flags expire with the visitor’s session.
