Plugin Description

Onlinefotka Fast Order Status Change replaces the repetitive “change status → choose an order action → send email → update” routine with a single click.

Create your own buttons (for example Send to designer, Shipped, Waiting for payment). Every button changes the order to the status you choose and sends the email you choose – including custom emails provided by order status plugins in the Order actions box.

Features

• Quick actions box in the order detail with large coloured buttons, an icon, the target status and the email that will be sent
• Any status – all WooCommerce statuses and all custom statuses from other plugins
• Any email – items from the Order actions box (incl. custom status emails) or any standard WooCommerce email
• No duplicate emails – if an email is sent to the customer automatically during the status change, the button does not send a second one. The plugin remembers which statuses send emails on their own and shows it in the settings
• Orders list buttons – optional coloured buttons in the actions column of the orders list
• Bulk actions – every button is also available as a bulk action for selected orders
• Double-click protection – after a click the buttons are locked until the page reloads
• Optional confirmation per button
• Order note with the user name for every change
• Live button preview, 13 icons, any colour, button order set with arrows

Security

• Every click is protected by a nonce bound to the user, the order, the button and the button configuration – an old link can never run a different button
• Capability checks on every action (edit_shop_orders, manage_woocommerce for settings; per-order edit_post on classic storage) plus the offosc_user_can_apply filter
• Only real orders are accepted (no refunds or other order types)
• Settings are validated against whitelists – only existing order statuses, offered emails, known icons and valid colours are stored; stored data is re-sanitized on every read
• Per-order lock prevents double processing from double clicks, two tabs or two admins at the same time
• Bulk actions verify the list-table nonce again and are limited to 200 orders per run
• All output is escaped, redirects use wp_safe_redirect() (no open redirects)
• Uninstall removes all plugin options, locks and notices
