Plugin Description

This plugin connects to the Zoho Books API after an administrator saves Zoho OAuth settings and authorizes the site.

Features

  • Find or create a Zoho Books customer for a WooCommerce order and create one invoice for the full order.
  • Add the vendor store name to product lines on the full order invoice when Dokan is active.
  • With Dokan active, create one additional Zoho Books invoice for each vendor represented in an order. Each vendor invoice contains that vendor’s products and a fixed 50 Platform Fee line (₹50 when the Zoho Books organization uses INR).
  • Reuse saved Zoho contact and invoice IDs when syncing an order again.
  • Retry missing invoices from the WooCommerce order list.
  • Export a date-filtered CSV report of WooCommerce orders. This report is not a Zoho Books invoice report.
  • Add optional PAN and GST fields to Dokan vendor profiles and display saved values on vendor store pages.

Zoho Books invoices use a customer contact. The plugin keeps the vendor contact separate and finds or creates a separate customer contact for the vendor invoice. The contact IDs are stored separately in WordPress user metadata.

This plugin is an independent integration and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zoho or WooCommerce.

Requirements

  • WordPress 5.2 or later.
  • PHP 7.2 or later.
  • WooCommerce.
  • A Zoho Books organization, OAuth client credentials, and API authorization.
  • Dokan is optional and is required only for vendor-specific invoice behavior.

Privacy and external services

The plugin sends data to the Zoho Books API only after an administrator configures and authorizes the Zoho connection. During order synchronization it may send customer name, email, phone, company, billing and shipping address, product names, quantities, prices, order reference, and vendor store details (including seller contact details and GST number when available). PAN and GST values entered in Dokan vendor profiles are displayed publicly on the vendor store page. Zoho processes transmitted data under its own terms and privacy policy:

  • Service: Zoho Books — https://www.zoho.com/books/
  • Terms: https://www.zoho.com/terms.html
  • Privacy: https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html

OAuth credentials and tokens are stored in the site’s WordPress database. Zoho contact IDs are stored in WordPress user metadata; Zoho invoice IDs are stored in WooCommerce order metadata. The CSV order report uses local WooCommerce order data. The plugin does not include usage tracking or send data to the plugin developer.
