Plugin Description
This Widget is a BMI Calculator form using JavaScript and PHP. It’s css is very simple, so you can change it to match your theme.
You can do this by editing the calculate_bodymass.css file in ‘plugins/body-mass-widget/css’.
And it is totally free!
