Plugin Description
Nabz Lite is the free base plugin for Persian-language WooCommerce stores. It
provides an on-site sales dashboard, customer CRM, RFM scoring, automatic
customer segmentation and customer tags. These local features do not require a
Nabz account or a paid subscription.
The plugin itself is free and open source. A store administrator may optionally
connect a nabz.business account to send transactional messages. Message delivery
is a metered external service and its usage is charged from the connected Nabz
wallet.

Nabz Premium
Nabz Premium is a separate add-on. This WordPress.org plugin does not contain
the executable implementations of paid features. Nabz Lite displays static,
non-functional product mockups so administrators can understand those features
before deciding whether to obtain the add-on.
The separate Premium add-on provides smart campaigns, message analytics,
win-back and advanced automations, OTP login and checkout verification,
messenger-channel delivery, and automatic Cashback SMS notifications. Those
notifications can tell a customer the percentage and amount added to their
wallet, the amount redeemed, or the credit approaching expiry. Removing or not
purchasing Premium does not disable the Cashback wallet, storefront widgets,
local CRM or analytics included in Nabz Lite.
External Services
Nabz Lite does not require an external service for its local CRM, RFM or sales
analytics. It does not send store information to nabz.business until a store
administrator explicitly enters a connection key on the Nabz connection page.
After that opt-in action, the plugin communicates with https://nabz.business.
The service is used to connect the store account, display wallet state, retrieve
message previews, accept message events, deliver messages and return delivery
status.
During the initial connection, the plugin sends the administrator-provided
connection key, store domain, a per-installation identifier and public signing
key, and the Nabz, WordPress and WooCommerce versions. The initial connection
key is exchanged for an installation-scoped token and then removed from the
WordPress database. The Ed25519 private key remains only in that WordPress
database and is never sent to Nabz.
After connection, synchronization requests contain the installation token,
domain, software versions and enabled event identifiers. A message-delivery
request contains the installation token, domain, channel, event type, recipient
mobile number and only the parameters needed for that event, such as customer
name, order number, order total or a related link. The final message is rendered
by the Nabz service. Nabz may pass the recipient and rendered message to the SMS
delivery provider identified in its privacy policy.

Privacy
Depending on enabled features, Nabz Lite may store the following information in
the WordPress database:
- Connection state, event settings, administrator recipients and the local cryptographic installation identity in
wp_options. - Message queue records and operational results in
nabz_jobsandnabz_logs. - A local CRM snapshot containing customer ID, email, mobile number, display name, RFM values and segment in
nabz_rfm. - Administrator-created customer tags in user meta under
nabz_tags. - Cashback account balances, expiring credit grants, the transaction ledger and debit-to-grant allocations in
nabz_cashback_accounts,nabz_cashback_grants,nabz_cashback_transactionsandnabz_cashback_allocations. - Cashback percentage, expiry and earned/spent/restored/revoked snapshots in WooCommerce order meta so refunds and duplicate payment hooks can be reconciled safely.
- Short-link metadata and, on the first click, IP address and user agent in
nabz_clicks. - Shipment message identifiers and administrator-entered tracking information in WooCommerce order meta.
Local operational logs are deleted after 90 days. Person identifiers, mobile
number, IP address and user agent are anonymized in link records older than 90
days. Completed or stopped queue jobs are deleted after 365 days. RFM is a
current snapshot and can be rebuilt from WooCommerce orders.
The WordPress personal-data export and erase tools include Nabz customer data.
Erasing local Nabz data does not erase the source WooCommerce orders or a copy
already processed by nabz.business. Those must be handled separately in
WooCommerce and through the Nabz account or support process. Uninstalling the
plugin removes Nabz-specific local tables, options and metadata.
The store administrator controls which events send messages and is responsible
for obtaining any consent or other lawful basis required for each recipient.
Nabz Lite does not automatically add a marketing-consent form.

Nabz Lite bundles Vazirmatn Variable under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Its
license text is included beside the font files.
The inline admin icons are based on Feather Icons, with some Nabz modifications

The customer date-range picker contains calendar conversion functions adapted
