Google Sheets Connector for WPForms syncs every form submission to Google Sheets—automatically. No manual export, no copy-paste. Connect once, and entries land in your spreadsheet as new rows. Perfect for leads, surveys, registrations, and any form where you need data in a sheet.
Two Ways to Connect: Standard or Advanced
- Standard Mode – One-click “Continue with Google.” No OAuth setup. Ideal for getting started fast.
- Advanced Mode – Use your own Google Cloud project (Client ID + Secret). Full control, your credentials, your compliance. Perfect for agencies and businesses with strict security requirements.
Powerful Conditional Logic
Send data to Google Sheets only when you want:
- Process if Match – Send entries only when conditions are met (e.g. “Country is USA”, “Newsletter = Yes”)
- Process if Not Match – Exclude certain submissions (e.g. don’t send spam or test entries)
- Multiple Groups (OR) – Create rule groups; if any group matches, the entry is sent
- Multiple Rules (AND) – Within a group, all rules must match
- Rich Operators – is, is not, contains, starts with, ends with, greater/less than, empty, not empty
- Nested Fields – Target specific checkbox/radio choices (e.g. 5.choices.1)
Flexible Spreadsheet Setup
- Select Existing – Pick any spreadsheet from your Google Drive via built-in picker
- Create New – Auto-create spreadsheets and sheets with custom names
- Multiple Sheets – Choose existing tabs or add new ones per connection
