Plugin Description

This plugin is useful to avoid problems with full page cache systems that don’t distinguish between logged and non-logged users, as for example the full page cache provided by CDNs like Cloudflare.
If this happens the page may be stored in the cache including editing links and the admin top bar if it is active.

Frontend As Any User will help you to avoid this kind of problem.
After activation in the admin top bar you will find a switch to activate/deactivate the incognito mode.
The switch position will be saved in your browser until you don’t delete your browser cookies.
When you activate the incognito mode, you will see the frontend as you were not logged in.
Be careful, all the administrators will be able to switch between normal and incognito mode. All the administrators should care about their settings.

Imagine you are logged-in to your WordPress backend, and you visit a page on the frontend before other users.
That page will be saved in the CDN cache including all the editing links and maybe the admin top bar if active. You may also have sensitive information visible inspecting elements.
Usually, to avoid this problem you visit the page in incognito window, but it may happens that you forget it.
This plugin will help you to prevent this kind of problems.

If you have a plugin for server cache, you are logged in and the incognito mode is active, you will see non-cached pages on frontend.
To see the cached pages, you have to really log out.
At least that’s the behaviour with the most popular cache plugins.
