AI Integrations Chatbot connects WordPress to the hosted AI Integrations service. Build an assistant from your website, or connect an assistant you already own.
- Ongoing free Lite service: 25 AI replies per account per calendar month, resetting on the first day at 00:00 UTC. Unused replies do not roll over.
- Native WordPress overview with basic conversation, lead, and Lite usage counts.
- Automatic widget insertion or the [aiva_chatbot] shortcode.
- Launcher position and accent color controls.
- Connect an existing Lite assistant, trial, or paid subscription using the same plugin.
- Links to chatbot setup, assistant management, and optional upgrades on the AI Integrations website in a separate tab.
At the free allowance, additional AI replies pause until the next month or an upgrade. The plugin and its local settings remain available. Linking or reinstalling does not reset usage or start a new trial. AI Integrations service availability and account terms apply.
An AI Integrations account and an internet connection are required. No payment card is required for free Lite. Paid AI Integrations plans are optional and managed on the AI Integrations website.
External services and privacy
This plugin connects to the AI Integrations service only after a WordPress administrator authorizes a connection.
- https://api.aiva.aiintegrations.tech receives the site address, site name, plugin version, pairing authorization, and assistant connection details when connecting. It returns connection status, plan information, and basic usage counts when viewing AI Integrations admin pages.
- https://dashboard.aiintegrations.tech provides account sign-in, verified account creation, assistant selection, assistant management, and subscription settings in a separate browser tab. Customers sign in to the AI Integrations account that owns their assistant; access follows their AI Integrations plan.
- https://autobuild.aiintegrations.tech builds an assistant using the website and content you supply in a separate AI Integrations tab after account authorization. Return to WordPress after setup to finish connecting.
- https://aiva.aiintegrations.tech serves the hosted chatbot script and chat interface on pages where the widget is enabled. Visitor messages, submitted lead details, session identifiers, technical metadata, and website context used by the chatbot are processed by AI Integrations and its service providers. The hosted service may use browser storage to maintain chat sessions.
Private site authorization is stored server-side in WordPress; it is not included in public widget markup. Disabling the widget stops loading it on subsequent page visits. Disconnecting revokes this site’s connection; it does not cancel a subscription or delete cloud account data. Uninstalling removes local plugin settings. Contact AI Integrations to manage cloud data and subscriptions.
