Plugin Description

This plugin sends anonymized and aggregated sales data (product SKUs, monthly sales quantities, stock, and supplier lead days) to your API for forecasting analysis.
Forecast computation, plan/quota enforcement, and analysis history are provided by the AIRF external service, while this plugin handles WooCommerce integration and admin UI.

External services used:
1. AIRF forecasting API at https://api-airf.thinlayerlabs.com
– Purpose: site registration, plan/quota status, analysis, cached analysis, analysis history, and customer-country settings.
– Data sent: store domain, WordPress/WooCommerce/plugin version metadata, recovery email for registration, and anonymized/aggregated inventory and sales signals (SKU, product name, stock, price, monthly sales totals, lead days).
– Data not sent: customer names, customer email addresses, customer phone numbers, customer addresses, payment details.
– Trigger: after an admin explicitly consents in the setup screen, requests verification code, and verifies the site; then during analysis/status sync and scheduled analysis tasks.
– Config: override API endpoint with AIRF_API_BASE_URL and legal links with AIRF_SITE_BASE_URL, AIRF_TERMS_URL, or AIRF_PRIVACY_URL.
– Service terms: https://thinlayerlabs.com/terms
– Service privacy policy: https://thinlayerlabs.com/privacy
2. OpenAI and Supabase are used only by the AIRF API backend (not called directly by this plugin)

Store owners do not need to create an external account to view forecast status in WordPress admin.

Features in this version:
1. Site registration and plan/quota status in WooCommerce admin
2. Manual “Run analysis now” trigger and nightly scheduled analysis
3. Supplier lead-time field on WooCommerce product inventory tab
4. Weekly digest toggle that emails recommendations to admin email
5. Service plan links for Starter and Growth plans (uses Polar checkout and customer portal URLs)
6. Cached recommendation table in admin sorted by urgency
7. Outcome notices for quota exceeded, low confidence, stale cache fallback, and success states

Billing toggle notes:
1. Store owners do not need to configure billing URLs manually. Service plan links are preconfigured in the plugin.
2. You can disable billing UI with AIRF_BILLING_ENABLED=false if you want a free-only setup.
3. Advanced deployments can override checkout/portal URLs via constants or environment variables (AIRF_POLAR_CHECKOUT_URL, AIRF_POLAR_STARTER_CHECKOUT_URL, AIRF_POLAR_GROWTH_CHECKOUT_URL, AIRF_POLAR_PORTAL_URL).
