Plugin Description
App26 Mobile App is the official WordPress bridge for the App26 store manager mobile application.
After you install this plugin on the same WordPress site your App26 app connects to, you get:
- Storefront support chat widget (no theme code required)
- Staff replies from the App26 mobile inbox
- Order status SMS through your existing SMS plugin panel
- One-time customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey links
- Lightweight realtime revision endpoints for the mobile app
- Dashboard bundle endpoint to reduce WooCommerce API round-trips
Requirements

SMS
If a compatible SMS plugin is installed (WP SMS, Persian WooCommerce SMS, FarazSMS, Melipayamak, and similar), open App26 SMS settings, enable sending through the site SMS panel, and optionally edit the order-status message template.
Privacy
This plugin stores chat conversations, satisfaction responses, and SMS-related options on your WordPress site. Push device tokens are stored when the mobile app registers them. The plugin does not send store data to App26 servers by itself; the mobile app talks to your site over the WordPress REST API.
External services
This plugin may connect to the Expo Push Notification service to deliver order alerts to devices that registered an Expo push token from the App26 mobile app.
It sends Expo push tokens and short notification payloads (order id/status text) to Expo when a matching order event occurs and at least one enabled device token is stored. Notification content is not stored by Expo longer than needed for delivery.
