Plugin Description
AreaIntelig Lite is a real estate listing and property analysis plugin for WordPress. It helps site owners publish properties, connect them to area profiles, show energy and climate information, calculate investment figures, and display maps.
Create Area Profiles with neighborhood scores, average prices, and coordinates. Add Properties with pricing, rent, expenses, bedrooms, bathrooms, energy ratings, green features, climate risk levels, and coordinates. Display the information with built-in templates or shortcodes.
All property data is stored on your WordPress site. No account or API key is required. OpenStreetMap tiles are requested only when a page displays a map.
Property listings and area profiles

Source and Credits
Plugin-authored PHP, JavaScript, and CSS are included in human-readable form. There is no build step for these files.

External Services
When a map is displayed, the visitor’s browser requests image tiles from https://tile.openstreetmap.org/. The tile path identifies the coordinates and zoom level being viewed. OpenStreetMap may also receive normal browser request information, including the visitor’s IP address, browser user agent, and referring page.
No tile request is made on pages without a map. By default, AreaIntelig Lite does not transmit property, energy, climate, or settings data to another external service.
Developers can replace the tile URL with the areaintelig_tile_url filter. A site using another provider is responsible for reviewing and disclosing that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
