External services
This plugin connects to the Arthaleads CRM API (api.arthaleads.com) to deliver form submissions from your site as leads. This is core to what the plugin does — it cannot function without it.
- What it is and what it’s used for: Arthaleads CRM, a lead management platform. Every time a visitor submits one of your supported contact/lead forms, the plugin sends that submission to Arthaleads so it appears in your CRM pipeline instead of only in your WordPress database.
- What data is sent and when: On each form submission — name, phone, email, message/enquiry text, any other question the form asks, the form plugin used, the page URL the form was submitted from, and your configured site name. When you click “Send Test Lead” in the plugin settings, the same fields are sent with fixed placeholder values (
Test Lead,9999999999,test@arthaleads.com) so you can verify the connection. When you save the plugin settings, your account token and which form plugins you’ve enabled are sent so the CRM can register which integrations are active for your site.
