   Into the “Recentlty Deleted” tab, a new “Run the install” link is here to easily reinstall a deleted plugin

   The “Delete” link is now always displayed, even on activated plugins

   The deletion confirmation screen, you can read that the plugin has been deactivated (even if you cancel the deletion, sorry)
