Plugin Description

BlogPal AI is a connector for BlogPal, an AI writing service that researches your business and publishes SEO blog articles to your WordPress site on a schedule you choose. It learns your business, studies the competitors you name in your BlogPal account, and produces articles through a four-stage expert pipeline (strategist, writer, editor, optimizer) with internal links and structured data added automatically.

The plugin never holds any API keys. All AI generation runs on the BlogPal service, so a BlogPal account is required (a free tier is available, no credit card). BlogPal receives your business profile, the competitors you name, and, if WooCommerce is active, your product catalog in order to write your articles. See the “External services” section below for exactly what is sent, when, and links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Key features

  • Four-stage article pipeline with on-page SEO and JSON-LD schema
  • Competitor-aware topic planning
  • Local service-area targeting that rotates across your areas over time
  • Automatic featured image (and an optional second in-article image)
  • WooCommerce product-aware articles when a store is detected
  • Multi-language publishing (choose the language in your BlogPal account)
  • Drafts by default; autopilot publishing is opt-in

External services

BlogPal AI is a connector for BlogPal, a third-party software-as-a-service run by Epic Twelve Studios (https://blogpal.ai). The plugin holds no AI keys; all article generation happens on the BlogPal service, so a (free or paid) BlogPal account is required. Free and paid (Pro, Agency) tiers are available.

Service provider: BlogPal / Epic Twelve Studios (https://blogpal.ai)

What is sent to the service, when, and why:

  • License validation (api.blogpal.ai): your license key and site URL are sent to verify your plan and monthly quota. Checked when you open the plugin screen and before an article is published (cached for up to six hours).
  • Article delivery (api.blogpal.ai): once a minute, a connected site asks the service whether an article is ready, sending the license key and site URL. When the plugin publishes an article it confirms delivery with the license key, the job ID, and the new post’s ID and public URL, so the article shows as live in your BlogPal account. The service can also deliver a finished article directly to the site through a signed REST endpoint the plugin registers (/wp-json/blogpalai/v1/); nothing is sent from the site in that case.
  • Article requests made by the plugin (api.blogpal.ai): if the plugin’s own scheduler requests an article, it sends the license key, site URL, the business profile stored in the plugin settings, and the titles of articles it previously published so topics are not repeated.
  • WooCommerce catalog sync (api.blogpal.ai): if you connect an account and run WooCommerce, your product catalog (titles, descriptions, URLs, categories, brand, stock and sales signals) is sent daily so articles can reference your real products. Sites without WooCommerce send only a small “no store” ping.
  • Article images (fal.media): the featured image (and optional second image) generated for an article is hosted on the fal.ai image CDN. Your site downloads it from there into your Media Library when the article is published; only the image request itself is made, no site data is sent. fal.ai Terms of Service: https://fal.ai/terms, Privacy Policy: https://fal.ai/privacy
  • Account connect and disconnect (blogpal.ai): when you connect a site, your site URL, a return address on your admin, and a one-time state value are passed to blogpal.ai, and a one-time token is exchanged for your license key. When you disconnect, the license key, site URL, and a per-site release secret are sent to unlink the site.
