Plugin Description
BragDeal Lead Manager stores a normalized copy of new lead submissions in dedicated database tables. It is intentionally focused on lead display and management. It contains no spam scoring, spam logs, CAPTCHA controls, CRM integrations, outbound messaging, or marketing automation.

Free includes unlimited lead capture, a combined inbox, search, status/date filters, pagination, per-user custom columns, field mapping, basic lead editing, unread alerts, original submission snapshots, Trash/restore, role access and form capture controls. Its three-dot menu separates Edit/Delete from CRM actions, which link to Pro when locked.
BragDeal Lead Manager Pro is a separate licensed add-on. It unlocks internal notes, Called/Follow Up/Booked/Lost actions, follow-up and booking dates, lost reasons, bulk status updates and CRM date columns. Free must remain active alongside Pro. A Free/Pro badge identifies the current edition; installing and activating the add-on exposes Leads > License.
Previously saved CRM data is preserved when returning to Free. Basic field edits in Free cannot reset saved status, dates or notes. Existing notes remain readable. Free does not contact a licensing server.
Historical Imports
Gravity Forms historical entries are imported using GFAPI in small AJAX batches. WPForms historical entries can be imported when its documented entry API is available (normally paid versions that store entries). Fluent Forms historical entries can be imported through its documented Submission model when available. All imports skip duplicates.
Elementor Pro Forms, MetForm, and Ninja Forms remain capture-only because this build does not rely on undocumented internal entry storage. Contact Form 7 itself does not store entries. If Flamingo is present, BragDeal Lead Manager explains the limitation rather than relying on undocumented Flamingo internals.
Privacy / Data Storage
Lead data is stored in site-scoped custom WordPress database tables. The plugin stores the submitted lead fields needed for lead management plus source form metadata, an immutable original snapshot, internal notes, and action history. It excludes common nonce, CAPTCHA, password, payment-card, honeypot, and technical control fields. It does not send lead data to an external service.
WordPress Tools > Export Personal Data and Erase Personal Data include leads matching a stored or original submitted email address. Export is paginated. Erasure deletes the matching lead and its fields, original snapshot, notes and history; the source form plugin may retain an independent copy.
By default, data is retained indefinitely and retained when the plugin is uninstalled. Administrators can change both behaviours in Leads > Settings.
