CelerKit – Gift Cards, Loyalty Points & Subscriptions For WooCommerce Wordpress Plugin - Rating, Reviews, Demo & Download
Plugin Description
CelerKit gives your WooCommerce store four tools that usually take four plugins: gift cards, loyalty points, subscriptions, and a set of everyday store tweaks. Each one is a module you switch on when you need it. Modules you leave off aren’t loaded, so your store stays fast. ⚡
🧩 Pick your modules
- 🎁 Gift Cards: sell gift cards, deliver them on the day you choose, and let shoppers spend them at checkout.
- ⭐ Points & Rewards: reward paid orders with points that customers redeem for a discount.
- 🔁 Subscriptions: sell recurring products with trials, sign-up fees and automatic renewals.
- 🛠️ Store Tweaks: sequential order numbers, Buy Now buttons, purchase limits and payment-method rules.
Every module and every tweak starts switched off. Turn on what you want from one CelerKit menu.
🎁 Gift Cards
- Sell gift cards as their own WooCommerce product type
- Cards are issued automatically once the order is paid, each with an encrypted code
- Pick a delivery date: the card stays inactive until that day, then the recipient gets it by email 📬
- Shoppers apply, remove and spend cards right in the Cart and Checkout blocks
- Recipient details work on the classic product page and with Cart and Checkout blocks
- A My Account page shows each card’s balance, expiry and activity, any amount an unpaid order is holding, and a form to add a code someone gave you
- Every balance change lands in an append-only ledger, so partial spends and refunds always add up
⭐ Points & Rewards
- Customers earn points on paid orders
- They redeem points for a discount right in the Cart and Checkout blocks, with tax handled correctly
- Points applied at checkout are reserved, and handed back if the cart empties or the reservation expires
- Refunds take points back in proportion, even when the customer has already spent them
- Every customer gets a full points history on their account page and in the admin
- Manual adjustments keep an audit trail
- Points data is included in WordPress personal data exports
🔁 Subscriptions
- Turn any simple product into a subscription, with an optional one-time purchase choice
- Free trials, sign-up fees, a fixed number of billing cycles, and billing anchors
- Renewal orders are created on schedule and charged automatically 💳
- Card renewals run through the official WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, in classic checkout and the Checkout block
- The built-in PayPal gateway handles checkout, free trials, renewals and refunds, with verified webhooks
- Gateways that can’t charge automatically fall back to a renewal order the customer pays from My Account
- Customers cancel and reactivate from their account, and both of you see the full timeline
- Lifecycle emails keep customers in the loop
🛠️ Store Tweaks
- Sequential order numbers: atomic numbering that never hands out the same number twice, searchable with HPOS
- Buy Now buttons: skip the cart and go straight to checkout
- Purchase limits: cap quantities per product, variation or cart
- Payment-method rules: show or hide a gateway by order amount or customer country
- Conditions: target any tweak by cart total, item count, product, category, shipping class, country, currency, coupon or customer role
⚡ Built for modern WooCommerce
- High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) works whether it is on or off
- Native Cart and Checkout blocks support, and classic checkout keeps working too
- Renewals run in the background through Action Scheduler
- A fast React admin lives in its own CelerKit menu, right below WooCommerce
- Running WooCommerce Subscriptions? CelerKit’s Subscriptions module steps aside, so renewals are never processed twice
🔒 Your data stays yours
- No telemetry and no usage tracking
- Ledgers live in their own indexed tables in your database
- Uninstalling keeps your data unless you choose to delete it under CelerKit Tools & Status
🎯 Made for stores like
- A coffee roaster shipping monthly bean subscriptions, with a free first month and gift cards for the holidays
- A fashion boutique rewarding repeat customers with points they spend on their next order
- A limited-drop shop capping quantities per order and sending buyers straight to checkout with Buy Now
- A store that invoices by order number and needs clean sequential numbers for its accountant
- A store selling abroad that hides cash on delivery outside its home country or below a minimum order

🧑💻 For developers
- Override the gift-card and My Account templates from your theme’s
celerkit/folder - A versioned REST API covers modules, settings, diagnostics and actions
- Move the CelerKit menu back under WooCommerce with the
celerkit_admin_menu_parentfilter - Readable source for every compiled bundle ships with the plugin (see Source code below)
✅ Requirements
- WordPress 6.6+ and PHP 8.1+
- WooCommerce 9.0+
- For card renewals: the free WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin. PayPal needs nothing extra.
External services
This plugin relies on one third-party service, and only when a store administrator enables and configures it.
PayPal. The bundled PayPal gateway talks to the PayPal REST API at https://api-m.paypal.com (live) or https://api-m.sandbox.paypal.com (sandbox). Requests are made when a shopper pays with PayPal at checkout, when a subscription renewal is charged against a saved PayPal payment token, when an order is refunded from WooCommerce, and when an incoming PayPal webhook is verified. The gateway authenticates with the PayPal REST client ID and secret you enter in its settings (exchanged for a short-lived access token). Requests carry the order total and currency, the WooCommerce order ID, order number and order key, the invoice prefix you configure, and – for renewals – the payment token PayPal issued for that shopper. No request is sent until the gateway is enabled and API credentials are saved, and no other data leaves your site. PayPal terms of service: https://www.paypal.com/legalhub/useragreement-full. PayPal privacy statement: https://www.paypal.com/legalhub/privacy-full.
Stripe. Card payments and card renewals run through the separate, official WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin. CelerKit makes no requests to Stripe itself; it stores the payment method reference that plugin creates and asks it to charge renewals. All Stripe network traffic, terms, and privacy handling belong to that plugin.
docs.codeverve.com. The Documentation link in the admin header is an ordinary outbound link; the plugin makes no requests to docs.codeverve.com.
Source code
The admin application (admin/app/build/index.js) and the Blocks scripts (assets/build/rewards-blocks.js and assets/build/gift-card-blocks.js) are compiled bundles. Everything needed to rebuild them ships in this package:
- admin/app/src/ holds the unminified React admin application and assets/src/ holds the unminified Blocks scripts.
- package.json, package-lock.json and webpack.config.js hold the build toolchain (@wordpress/scripts and esbuild) with every dependency version pinned.
- Each bundle also ships with a source map that embeds its original source.
To rebuild the bundles, run the following from the plugin directory with Node.js 20 or newer:
npm ci && npm run build
The command writes admin/app/build/ and assets/build/ in place.
