What is ClickDesk live chat plugin?
Live chat plugin for ClickDesk, lets you embed ‘Live Chat’ button, online and offline forms on your website to let your website visitors click to chat with you directly. Visitors can also make an audio or video call directly from their web browser.
With integrated help desk, your agents can access all the emails and offline chats and answer your customer queries.
Agents also receive IM notifications when a new ticket is created, updated or assigned to them. Social toolbar integrations with Twitter & Facebook allow your visitors to read your Twitter feed and become your follower directly from ClickDesk chat widget. Usage
After installing and configuring the plugin, you can take chats by logging into the agent panel. If you want to take chats on GTalk, simply log in to your IM account and accept automated friend requests once you have configured in ClickDesk during agent setup. Once you log into the agent panel or IM, ClickDesk detects your status and changes the chat widget status on your wordpress site to “live” mode so your visitors can directly chat with your from your website.
You can also use our mobile app to take chats directly on the mobile. If you do not want to receive chats or wish to take ClickDesk to “offline” mode, simply logout of your agent panel or IM.
