Commento provides simple actions to create tickets in your favourite customer support platform from comments added on your website.

- Provide users with administrative capabilities option to create support tickets manually from comments
- Control whether comments should be automatically sent as support tickets
- Control which posts should be included/excluded from automatically having the comments added to them created as support tickets

- Control user roles for which comments should not be automatically transformed into support tickets
