Contact Form 7 MailerLite plugin will integrate woocommerce with mailerlite .
Whenever you have a new form submission, that contact record will be automatically saved into your mailerlite account. You can pass name, email from contact form 7 to mailerlite
You can set up different group or list for different forms. So you will be able to easily segment different contacts filled out which form .
