Coupon Usage Notifier for WooCommerce is a plugin that automatically logs every coupon redemption and sends an instant email alert to the admin the moment a coupon is used at checkout. By default WooCommerce gives you no live signal when a coupon is redeemed — this plugin closes that gap cleanly, with a beautiful usage log, summary stats, and CSV export built right into the admin panel.

How it works (in simple terms)
- You choose which coupon codes to track — enter specific codes one per line, or leave the field empty to track every coupon on the store automatically.
- You choose which order status triggers the log entry and the email — either Processing (payment confirmed) or Completed (order fulfilled).
- The moment an order hits that status, the plugin logs the redemption to a database table and emails the admin with the order number, customer name, coupon code, discount amount, and order total.
- You manage everything from the Usage Log tab — search, filter by coupon, sort any column, resend any email, and export the full log to CSV in one click.
