CRYPT.PE Crypto Payments For WooCommerce Wordpress Plugin - Rating, Reviews, Demo & Download
Plugin Description
CRYPT.PE adds a crypto payment method to both the classic WooCommerce checkout and the Checkout Block.
When a customer places an order, the plugin creates a payment request through the CRYPT.PE API and redirects the customer to hosted checkout. CRYPT.PE watches the selected blockchain and sends an HMAC-signed webhook back to WooCommerce. The customer browser is never trusted to mark an order paid.
Key properties:
- Non-custodial: payments settle directly to wallets configured in your CRYPT.PE account.
- 0% platform fees; blockchain network fees may still apply.
- HMAC-SHA256 webhook verification with timestamp replay protection.
- Idempotent payment creation to prevent duplicate orders during retries.
- Webhook event deduplication.
- High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) compatible.
- Cart and Checkout Blocks compatible.
- Test and live API keys supported.
- No wallet private keys or seed phrases are requested or stored.
This release creates USD-denominated payment requests. The gateway is available only when the WooCommerce order currency is USD.

External services
This plugin connects to the CRYPT.PE API at https://crypt.pe when a customer selects CRYPT.PE and places a WooCommerce order. This connection is required to create the hosted crypto checkout and associate it with the WooCommerce order. The gateway makes no CRYPT.PE API requests while it is disabled or when another payment method is used.
For each payment request, the plugin sends the merchant’s CRYPT.PE API key in the Authorization header, the order total in USD, the WooCommerce order ID, the payment expiry, the merchant’s return and webhook URLs, enabled coin codes, and the customer’s billing email when available. It also sends a non-secret per-attempt idempotency identifier and identifies the plugin version and WordPress site URL in the User-Agent header. It does not send cart line items, shipping or billing addresses, passwords, authentication cookies, WordPress keys or salts, wallet private keys, seed phrases, or the webhook signing secret.
CRYPT.PE returns a payment-order ID and hosted-checkout URL. After the customer pays, CRYPT.PE sends signed payment status and order identifiers to the WooCommerce webhook URL so the plugin can verify the event and update the matching order.
