Doodosoft Click to Chat adds a beautiful floating WhatsApp chat button to your website. But unlike a plain click-to-chat button, it doesn’t just send visitors away — it captures every visitor as a lead first, so you never lose a contact even if the chat is never opened.
What makes it different
- Built-in lead capture — Optionally ask for name, email and phone before the chat opens. Every submission is saved to your WordPress admin and can be exported to CSV. The captured details are also added to the WhatsApp message, so your agent already knows who they are talking to.
- FAQ quick-reply chips — Show clickable common questions in the popup. One tap pre-fills the chat message, so visitors start the conversation with zero typing.
