Plugin Description
Dynamica Facturacion Electronica adds a WooCommerce-oriented foundation for electronic invoicing in Uruguay.
Current features include:
- WooCommerce order hooks for draft generation
- manual and automatic document processing
- remote company configuration sync by bearer token
- CAE selection and local numbering control
- SOAP/XML submission support for provider integration
- document history, response tracking and PDF link registration
- sandbox and production modes
- real SOAP sending disabled by default until the merchant enables it
This version is focused on Uruguay CFE workflows, including e-Ticket, e-Factura and other supported document types according to the merchant CAE and provider setup. It is intended for merchants that already have access to a compatible external electronic invoicing service.
Quick Start
- Activate WooCommerce and this plugin.
- Open
WooCommerce > Factura Electronica. - Review the suggested remote sync endpoint and enter the bearer token if your account uses remote setup.
- Synchronize the company data and review the CAE catalog.
- Confirm environment, numbering and issuer data.
- Keep real sending disabled until sandbox tests pass. New installs start with real sending disabled by default.
- Create a WooCommerce order and verify document generation before enabling production sending.
External Services
This plugin connects to external services to obtain company configuration and to submit fiscal documents.
1. Dynamica configuration sync
The plugin can connect to an external endpoint operated by Dynamica to synchronize company settings for merchants that already use that service. This plugin is not presented as an official Dynamica plugin.

When it is used:
- only when an administrator manually clicks the sync button in the plugin settings
What is sent:
- the suggested endpoint URL included by the plugin
- the bearer token entered by the merchant in the plugin settings
What is received and stored:
- company identifiers
- issuer business data
- CAE catalog data
- environment and provider configuration required for the invoicing flow

2. Migrate / InvoiCy SOAP submission
The plugin can send electronic invoice XML/SOAP payloads to the configured provider endpoints.
Default endpoints included in the plugin:

When it is used:
- only when the merchant enables real sending in the plugin settings
- during document resend actions triggered by an administrator
- during automatic processing for eligible WooCommerce orders
What is sent:
- issuer identifiers and provider credentials configured by the merchant
- XML fiscal document payload generated from the WooCommerce order
- customer billing and fiscal identification data entered during checkout or order editing
- order totals, items and document numbering data required by the provider
What is received and stored:
- provider response codes and messages
- provider response XML
- PDF URL when the provider returns one
