Edroz Libro de Reclamaciones lets you implement a digital complaint book directly in WordPress without depending on Elementor, WooCommerce, or external services.
The free version includes one business, one location, a public form using a shortcode, complaint and inquiry records, an administrative panel, sequential numbering, PDF generation, email notifications, and basic configuration.

Privacy
The plugin does not make external service calls or include telemetry. Data submitted through the public form is stored in a dedicated WordPress database table. For basic auditing, IP addresses and user agents are stored as hashes rather than their original values.
Attachments are stored with randomized filenames and restricted to PDF, JPG, and PNG files. Administrative access is provided through a controlled WordPress download endpoint. Direct directory protection depends on the web server configuration.
