Plugin Description

EDSA RAS Connector connects a WordPress site to EDSA Revenue Acceleration Suite. RAS modules may include Voice of Customer, JourneyLens session replay and heatmaps, Abandonment Recovery, Optimize, Loyalty Engine, and related revenue acceleration tools.

This plugin is intentionally lightweight. It does not duplicate RAS inside WordPress. Instead, it:

  • Adds a WordPress admin settings page for EDSA RAS connection settings.
  • Can register the WordPress site in RAS with a secure RAS registration token.
  • Saves the returned EDSA site key automatically after registration.
  • Injects the EDSA RAS pixel on public WordPress pages after the site owner registers/enables the connection.
  • Provides a connection test to confirm the RAS pixel is reachable.
  • Supports debug mode for implementation testing.
  • Supports a consent-aware flag for sites that coordinate RAS activation with their consent/privacy workflow.

The RAS pixel loads from:

https://www.edsa.dev/ras.js

EDSA RAS module behavior is configured inside the EDSA RAS platform. The modules active for a site determine what data is collected.

External Services

This plugin connects to EDSA services operated by EDSA.

When enabled, the plugin loads the EDSA RAS JavaScript pixel from the configured EDSA service URL. By default, this is:

https://www.edsa.dev/ras.js

Depending on the modules enabled in EDSA RAS, the pixel may send configuration requests, behavioral events, feedback submissions, conversion events, loyalty events, session replay events, heatmap events, or abandonment recovery events to EDSA endpoints.

Data handling depends on the client configuration in EDSA RAS. RAS modules are designed to support privacy-aware operation, masking of sensitive inputs, excluded URLs, and consent-aware deployment patterns. Site owners are responsible for ensuring that their use of EDSA RAS is disclosed in their privacy policy and configured according to applicable law.
