Plugin Description
Events Manager Facebook Importer is a plugin, which cooperates with popular and free plugin, called Events Manager. It imports events from Facebook.
The plugin is very easy to use, once you configure it, by inputing the Facebook App ID, it will fetch the list of your events, then you can decide which one should be pulled into Events Manager.
Import includes event picture and location. Example of imported event
Version 1.1
- Events are published automatically
- Picture and description bugs fixed
- Location is saved including position on the map
Version 1.2
- Supports FB API v2.3 – however this means that locations scraped via API has less data then they used to. From now Facebook provides location name, lat/lng coords and zip code.
