Simple Privacy Policy:
Since we know it is hard to read long documents and most people won’t,
here is a simple one that lets you know what you can expect.
Please read it to ensure you are aware of your data usage and deletion policy.
This privacy policy relates to the plugin on your WordPress installation and only covers authorized
installations from the WordPress plugin directory via the authorized channels provided by WordPress,
and also from the plugin Licensing website (With a valid account and license) from ’www.fidaccess.com’.
Data Sharing policy:
We don’t share or sell your data with any third party.
Data Collection:
We collect only the data required to run the plugin’s service and no more.
Any data we collect will require your consent and provision, there is no hidden collection.
We do not collect your name, or any contact details, with or without your permission.
Any data we do collect will be completely anonymized when processing, where possible, and discarded
when not needed. Any data collected for the normal operation of the plugin will
be deleted in its entirety when you perform the normal deletion steps.
You do not need our consent or assistance to delete your data, you have the ability from within your WordPress dashboard.
Data Storage:
Any data we require to operate the plugin normally and provide you a service, is completely
anonymized before storage, with the only exception being your domain name.
The data is then also encrypted at rest.
Data retention policy:
We do not retain your data for any period other than what is required for you to use the plugin.
If you have followed the steps to delete your data, your data will be automatically deleted.
Deleting your data:
To delete your data;
Delete/unregister the users from the provided settings menu for this plugin under the ’Users’ tab,
and then deactivate the license from ’License’ tab.
This will delete all the data collected by this plugin from our servers.
Even if you have not yet deleted the plugin, but perform the above steps, no data will remain on our servers.
(Please be aware, this action will revert the admin accounts to a regular user/password login that was there before you activated the plugin.)
That’s it, no hidden catches. You have full control of your data.
Data security:
To ensure you have full control of your data, we have no means of linking the data in our databases
or servers to any WordPress user other than through that unique and active FiD Access plugin installation.
The data required to de-anonymize a user is only kept on your WordPress instance and is never sent
to our servers at any point for any reason.
This means that the only assistance we can reasonably offer regarding your data,
is the total deletion of your enrolled data, we cannot modify it or tell you anything about
who the user is or what their credentials are.
As we have completely anonymized the data using a very secure one way anonymization,
it can only be deciphered on your WordPress installation and with the resulting installed and activated plugin.
Terms of use:
During the normal and intneded use of the plugin and installation from a legitimate source as listed in our privacy policy.
Definition of terms:
’Plugin’, ’this plugin’ or any other terms that are grammatically understood to refer
to this ’FiD Facial Recognition Admin Login’ WordPress plugin, referes to this plugin,
it’s future versions and authorized copies of this plugin.
By installing and operating the plugin in the normal and intended manner of operation,
you hereby grant access to your data as specified in the privacy policy.
The ’normal manner’ is understood to mean in good faith and with positive intent,
without malicious intent or knowledge and or intent to sabotage and or undermine in anyway,
the plugin, it’s authors, stakeholders, affiliates, hosts, users, the api servers or any infrastructure
required for the provision of the intended service in part or as a whole, for any reason or purpose.
You hereby grant access to the use, processing and collection of your relevant data and it’s retention
for the provision of this service and the normal operation of the plugin.
We will retain the data during normal operations until deleted by you or until any reasonable effort has been made to delete your data.
’Reasonable’ effort entails but is not limited to, contacting us if you suspect your data has not been deleted due to an error
in our system or infrastructure, or any network that is intended to notify us of your intent to delete your data.
We then will make all technical and reasonable efforts to ensure your data is deleted.
Under normal conditions of operation, the deletion and enrollment is automatic and managed by you
or any authorized user of the plugin on your behalf.
We reserve the right to deny the provision of our service to any illegal ventures or websites
with known illegal or exploitative content, motives or services whether the provision is paid or unpaid.
Please ensure your website is legal in your jurisdiction before attempting to use this service.

Any legal or illegal activity that is undertaken on any website and/or platform that uses this plugin,
is not the responsibility of FiD Access, fidaccess.com, it’s affiliates, authors or any stakeholders,
it remains the sole responsibility of the website owner and operator as mandated in their own terms of use or lack thereof.
There will be no legal, moral or other connection or obligation between any website in which the plugin is operated on and
this plugin, including the plugin’s authors, company, affiliates and/or stakeholders.
The plugin is not intended as a ’crime fighting’ plugin and it’s only purpose is as advertised
as is normally understood in good faith and with positive intent.
You agree to undertake to inform us of any errors or sub par performance you experience
as a direct result of using this plugin, for the purposes of rectifying the error and
