Plugin Description
Floynk for WooCommerce is the official WordPress plugin for the Floynk service (https://www.floynk.com). Floynk is a hosted repricing platform that helps Dutch and Belgian WooCommerce merchants compete on the Bol.com marketplace without juggling spreadsheets or a second dashboard.
This plugin is a thin connector. The repricing engine, competitor price monitoring, and Bol.com API integration all run on Floynk’s servers. The plugin gives you a settings screen for your Floynk API key, a Bol.com account wizard, and a per-product repricer control inside wp-admin.
You need a Floynk account to use this plugin. Sign up at https://www.floynk.com/wordpress-plugin. The plugin itself is fully functional; Floynk’s hosted service performs the repricing, competitor monitoring, and Bol.com API work on Floynk servers.
What this plugin does
- Connects your WooCommerce store to your Floynk account with a single API key
- Bol.com account wizard: add, verify, list, and remove Bol.com seller accounts without leaving wp-admin
- Per-product repricer controls on the WooCommerce product edit page (min price, max price, activate/hunt/restore)
- Optional custom product fields for purchase price, shipping cost, EAN, and brand — enable them from the settings screen if you don’t already have another plugin providing them
- Repricer configuration tab for global hunt behavior, hunt timing, price rounding, and default min/max formulas

What this plugin does NOT do
- Repricing logic. The actual repricer runs on Floynk’s servers. The plugin sends product data and displays results.
- Direct Bol.com API calls. Your Bol.com credentials are stored on Floynk and used server-side. The plugin never calls Bol.com directly.
- Payment processing. WooCommerce handles checkout as usual.
- Store functionality without a Floynk account. You need an account at https://www.floynk.com for the plugin to do anything useful.

Floynk API (https://app.floynk.com)
- What it is: Floynk is a hosted e-commerce platform operated by Floynk B.V. It handles product synchronization, order aggregation, and Bol.com repricing on your behalf.
- When data is sent: Every time the plugin runs a sync, validates your API key, fetches settings, updates min/max prices, or connects to Bol.com. These calls happen when you explicitly click a button in the plugin settings, when a scheduled sync runs, or when a WooCommerce hook fires (new order, product updated, stock change).
- What data is sent:
- Your Floynk API key (as an Authorization header)
- WordPress site URL and name (for display in your Floynk dashboard)
- WooCommerce product data (SKU, EAN, name, price, stock, categories — whatever you have configured in WooCommerce)
- WooCommerce order data (order ID, line items, fulfillment status, shipping address — for marketplace orders)
- Plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version, and WooCommerce version (for compatibility and debugging)

Bol.com (https://www.bol.com) — indirect, via Floynk
This plugin never calls Bol.com directly. When you connect a Bol.com account through the plugin’s Bol.com wizard, your Bol.com client ID and client secret are sent over HTTPS to the Floynk API and stored securely on Floynk’s servers. The Floynk service then uses those credentials server-side to call the Bol.com Retailer API for offer management, order retrieval, and repricing on your behalf.
- What data Bol.com sees (via Floynk): Offer data (EAN, price, stock, condition, delivery time), order fulfillment updates (shipping, tracking), and whatever else the Bol.com Retailer API requires for normal marketplace operations.

Privacy
This plugin does not set any cookies, does not track visitors, does not load third-party scripts on your front-end, and does not collect anonymous analytics. All network activity is limited to the Floynk API, only on your behalf, only with data you have explicitly asked the plugin to sync.

The plugin is developed in a monorepo alongside the Floynk backend. The source shipped to WordPress.org is the authoritative distribution.
