Plugin Description
Google Maps Shortcode adds Google Maps feature to your website. The simple yet intuitive interface allows to insert a map anywhere on your post or page, in less than a minute.
The powerful short code offers 2 modes to place a map directly – Basic and Advanced.
This is as simple as:
[sc-gmap address=”123 ABC Building, Street 99, Sydney – 12345, Australia”] (Basic Mode)
[sc-gmap map=”99″] (Advanced Mode)
Basic Mode
- Add a map by adding attributes directly to the short code
- Useful when you want to use a map at a single place only
- Supports single location
- Uses address as a content for marker’s info popup
- Supports all attributes and highly customizable via easy to use GUI
Advanced Mode
- Create and save several maps short codes
- Supports multiple locations
- Supports custom marker for each location
- Supports custom content for each marker’s info popup
- Just pass the Map ID using ‘map’ attribute to the short code
- No more mess of several attributes
- Edit a map or locations anytime from your Dashboard
