GreenRoom streamlines bio collection for a theatre production. Create a show, import the cast and staff via CSV, and each person receives a unique link to submit their bio, social media info, and headshot — no WordPress account required.
Producers manage the show through a public production dashboard without needing admin access. Bios can be exported to every format a playbill editor might need, including Adobe InDesign Tagged Text with paragraph and character style definitions.
