Plugin Description
HisabCalc gives you eight ready-made calculators that you can drop into any post, page or widget with a block or a shortcode. Everything is calculated inside the visitor’s browser, so the pages stay fast and no personal data ever leaves the reader’s device.
Included calculators
- Loan / EMI calculator – monthly instalment, total payable, total interest, plus a year-by-year breakdown table.
- Mortgage / home loan calculator – property price, down payment, monthly payment and the real total cost.
- Zakat calculator – gold, silver, cash, business stock, receivables and debts, with the 2.5% zakat and a nisab check.
- Compound interest / FDR maturity – what a lump sum becomes at a fixed rate, with yearly, half-yearly, quarterly or monthly compounding.
- Monthly savings / DPS – what a monthly deposit grows into over time.
- BMI calculator – with both WHO and South Asian cut-off points, plus the healthy weight range for the visitor’s height.
- Percentage calculator – five everyday percentage questions in one: percent of a number, what percent, percentage change, increase and decrease.
- Age calculator – exact age in years, months and days, total days and the countdown to the next birthday.

How to add a calculator
- Edit a post or page and click the + button, then search for “HisabCalc”.
- Pick the calculator you want from the block sidebar.
- Or use a shortcode:

Available ids: loan-emi, mortgage, zakat, compound-interest, dps, bmi, percentage, age.
Settings
Under Settings > HisabCalc you can choose the currency, the number format locale, how many decimal places to show, the accent colour and whether the small credit line is displayed.
