Plugin Description
Inkoverlay PDF Forms turns any PDF form into a web form. Upload the PDF, auto-detect its fields (or add them manually), calibrate their exact position visually on the rendered page, and publish. When someone submits the web form, their answers are overlaid back onto the original PDF at the calibrated coordinates — text lands in the real blanks, an X lands in the real checkboxes — and the filled PDF is emailed as an attachment to both the site admin and the person who submitted it (if they gave an email).

- Visual calibration editor — upload a PDF, auto-detect text fields, Yes/No checkboxes, and single checkboxes from the PDF’s own text layout, then drag/fine-tune each one directly on the rendered page image.
- Exact PDF overlay on submission — answers are written back onto images of the original PDF pages at their calibrated coordinates, so the emailed PDF looks like the form was filled out by hand.
- Drag-to-reorder pages in the editor.
