Plugin Description
Islamnashaat Translation Toolkit adds an administrator translation workflow for WPML sites. Select source content and a target language, translate supported text with MyMemory or Chrome’s optional on-device Translator, review the result and save it.
Features:

- Review existing translated posts and registered strings before updating them.
- ACF Theme Settings for registered options pages using standard options storage.
- ACF text, textarea and WYSIWYG fields, including supported group, repeater and flexible-content children.
- Fields marked Copy or Ignore are excluded; URLs, media and non-text fields are preserved.
- Confirmation before sending content for translation and separate optional email-sharing consent.
- No plugin subscription or WPML translation credits required. Provider limits still apply.
Requires WPML Multilingual CMS. The Strings workflow additionally requires WPML String Translation. ACF Theme Settings requires ACF PRO with registered options pages and ACF Multilingual (ACFML). These third-party plugins are not included.
This plugin is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WPML, OnTheGoSystems, Advanced Custom Fields, Google or Translated.
Supported text fields are saved directly to the WPML-linked target. Review content on a staging site before using it on a live site. Existing target repeater row order and layouts must match the source. Custom ACF options storage IDs, clone fields and arbitrary custom Elementor widgets are not supported. On the first save of a nested ACF field, its source structure and non-text values initialize that target field. Existing target values are preserved except for submitted text.
External services
All plugin JavaScript and CSS files are bundled in this plugin. jQuery and Dashicons are loaded from WordPress core. No remote JavaScript, PHP, CSS, fonts, images or iframes are loaded by the plugin. The server-side HTTP requests below exchange service data only; API response content is never executed as code. No account registration or API key is required for MyMemory’s documented free endpoint or the optional consent-recording endpoint. Chrome uses its browser-provided API.
MyMemory (Translated)
When an administrator selects MyMemory and confirms a translation, WordPress sends the selected text, source language, target language and optional contact email to https://api.mymemory.translated.net/get. The email may qualify for the provider’s contact-email allowance. Leaving the email empty still allows translation within provider limits. Content is processed according to MyMemory’s terms; only submit content you are authorized to share. The site server IP and normal connection metadata are also visible to the service. No automatic translation requests are made from public-facing pages.

Optional email sharing with Islamnashaat Translation Toolkit
Only after an administrator selects the unchecked-by-default consent box and clicks Share email with Islamnashaat Translation Toolkit, the plugin sends the email, consent timestamp, plugin version, privacy-policy version and source label to the developer’s Google Apps Script endpoint at script.google.com. It sends no translation content or site URL in this payload. The endpoint and its hosting provider can see ordinary connection metadata, including the site server IP. The endpoint may redirect to script.googleusercontent.com or a Google-managed googleusercontent.com subdomain to return its JSON response. WordPress’s safe HTTP API validates redirects. No file or response is included, evaluated or executed.

This endpoint records explicit consent and an optional usage-measurement email. It is independent of the translation service, and no account is needed to use it. The developer’s privacy page may refer to the previous product name, IN Auto Translate.
The published developer policy describes usage measurement, no marketing and retention of up to 24 months in a private Google Sheet. The plugin does not administer that remote storage or delete its records on uninstall. Review the policy for the controller’s contact and deletion process. This optional sharing is separate from sending an email directly to MyMemory during translation and is not required to use the plugin.

Chrome on-device Translator
When selected on a supported desktop browser, the plugin calls the browser’s built-in Translator API. Chrome may download language models from Google. Translation text is processed locally by that API; it is not sent to MyMemory or to the developer’s email endpoint. Availability depends on the browser, device, languages and a secure context.
