Plugin Description
This plugin provides a calculator that estimates the Polish housing allowance. Add the [dmwk_dodatek_mieszkaniowy] shortcode to a page and configure the reference values under Settings > Dodatek mieszkaniowy.
Numeric fields can use a large on-screen keypad designed for touch terminals. An administrator can enable or disable it under Settings > Dodatek mieszkaniowy. Integer and decimal fields use the appropriate keypad layout while standard physical-keyboard input remains available.
The calculator takes into account:
- the normative floor area based on household size,
- the increased floor-area allowance related to disability,
- the permitted excess over the normative floor area,
- the income criterion and excess income,
- expenses attributable to the normative floor area,
- lump-sum amounts for the lack of central heating, hot water, and piped gas,
- the household’s own contribution,
- the statutory allowance limit, adjustable by a municipal council within the 50-90% range,
- the minimum allowance amount,
- the division of payment between the property manager and the applicant.
Privacy
Values entered by a visitor are not sent to WordPress or any external service. JavaScript performs all calculations in the visitor’s browser. The plugin does not set cookies, register REST API routes, or register AJAX actions.
Only settings entered by an administrator are stored on the server. The plugin does not automatically connect to any external service.
