Plugin Description

Kapty helps you replace passive contact forms with a conversational chatbot experience inside WordPress.
Visitors can follow guided conversation paths, answer key questions, and send clearer requests from your site.

This free version includes the core Kapty workflow for WordPress:

  • Display a chatbot widget on your site
  • Start with a built-in demonstration scenario
  • Create and edit your own conversational scenarios
  • Activate one or several scenarios on your site
  • Capture leads from conversations
  • View conversations and leads from the WordPress admin
  • Customize the widget appearance
  • Configure email notifications
  • Export your scenarios

Kapty is designed for site owners, freelancers, agencies, and service businesses that want a more interactive first contact experience than a traditional form.

External services

This WordPress.org build of Kapty Free does not use Kapty-hosted APIs or Anthropic APIs for chatbot generation or scenario creation. Support links and branding links may point to Kapty websites, but no plugin data is sent to Kapty or Anthropic during the normal use of this free build.

* Browser and device information sent by the browser when requesting the Google Fonts stylesheet and font files.

What data is sent:
* The URL entered by the administrator.
* Standard HTTP request headers generated by the WordPress site server.

When it is used:
* Only when an administrator explicitly requests a link preview.
* No visitor conversation content is sent as part of this feature.
