The “Kikicomi VOC Widget” plugin allows you to beautifully display survey results and customer reviews collected via “Kikicomi VOC” by Gyro-n on any page of your WordPress site.
By simply placing a shortcode, aggregated review widgets and JSON-LD structured data for search engines are automatically embedded, enhancing your site’s SEO performance.

- Purpose: To retrieve widget data, the plugin sends the following information from your WordPress server to the Kikicomi VOC API: your Client Token, API Key, and the specified site_id and survey_id (if provided). These requests are performed server-side and are not made directly from the site visitor’s browser. In response, the API may return review-related information such as review text, ratings, display names, dates, store/location information, and other review metadata configured in Kikicomi VOC. The plugin temporarily stores API response data in WordPress Transients for up to 1 hour for caching purposes. To use this plugin, you must have an active Gyro-n account and obtain a Client Token and API Key from the Kikicomi VOC dashboard.
