Launch Nation AI Visibility – Llms.txt For Local Business Wordpress Plugin - Rating, Reviews, Demo & Download
Plugin Description
People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity “who’s a good dentist near me?” or “which loan officer should I talk to in Austin?”. The assistants answer from what they can read about you. If your website doesn’t say clearly what you do, where, and how to book, they guess, or they name someone else.
This plugin gives AI assistants your facts in the formats they read, from one short form in Settings > AI Visibility:
- llms.txt, served at
yoursite.com/llms.txt: your business name, what you do, area served, services, phone, opening hours, licence or registration, booking link, key pages and profiles elsewhere. Built for local businesses, not for documentation sites. - LocalBusiness schema (optional) on your home page, with the right type: Dentist, RealEstateAgent, FinancialService, Florist and more.
- An AI readiness checklist: is the site hidden from search engines, does robots.txt block ChatGPT’s or Claude’s crawlers, is llms.txt really live (or is another plugin or file serving a different one), are the key details filled in.
- A free AI report (optional, opt-in): what ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude answer when people in your town ask for a business like yours, and whether they name you. See “External services” below.
Nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask for the report. No ads, no upsells in your dashboard, no tracking.
How it differs from other llms.txt plugins
Most llms.txt plugins list a site’s posts and pages, which suits blogs and documentation. A dental practice, a loan officer or a wedding photographer needs something else: the facts a patient or client asks an assistant about (where, what, licensed or not, how to book), checked against the advertising rules of their trade, plus a way to see what the assistants actually say about them.
Made for these businesses
Dentists and dental practices. NHS or private, emergency appointments, treatments, GDC / CQC registration, and how patients book.
Mortgage loan officers and brokers. NMLS ID, loan programs and areas served. A built-in check flags rates, APRs, payments, “pre-approval” and “guaranteed” wording, which mortgage advertising rules restrict and AI assistants would repeat.
Real estate agents and teams. Areas and neighborhoods, buying and selling services, licence number. A fair housing check flags wording such as “family-friendly” or “safe neighborhood”.
Wedding vendors. Photographers, videographers, venues, planners, florists, DJs and bands, caterers, hair and makeup: style, travel area and how couples check a date.
Any other local business (trades, clinics, law firms, accountants) can use llms.txt, schema and the checklist too.
What it does not do
No plugin can make an AI assistant recommend you. Assistants weigh reviews, your Google Business Profile, other sites that mention you and how clear your own site is. This plugin takes care of the last part and tells you what else to check. llms.txt is a proposed standard: some AI tools read it, and it costs nothing to have.
External services
This plugin connects to one external service, and only when an administrator asks for it.
Launch Nation AI report service (operated by Launch Nation, https://launch-nation.com).
- What it’s for: making the optional free AI report (what ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude say about the business) and emailing it, with a copy of the llms.txt, to the person who asked.
- When data is sent: only when an administrator fills in the “Free AI report” form in Settings > AI Visibility, ticks the required consent box and presses “Email me my free AI report”. Nothing is sent on activation, on save, or in the background.
- What is sent: the email address entered, the site’s address, the business name, the town or city, the type of business, the country, the llms.txt text, whether the optional “tips” box was ticked, the consent wording, and the plugin version. The request goes to
https://fwotfgavlufiwlccftgh.supabase.co/functions/v1/tool-lead(Launch Nation’s service, hosted by Supabase). The report opens onhttps://app.launch-nation.com. - Terms of service: https://launch-nation.com/terms/
- Privacy policy: https://launch-nation.com/privacy/
The readiness checklist also requests this site’s own /llms.txt and /robots.txt (a request from your site to itself, like WordPress’s Site Health). That doesn’t leave your site.
