Plugin Description
Contact forms fail silently. A plugin update, an email setting change or a spam filter can stop notification emails, while visitors still see “Thank you”. You only find out when a customer asks why you never replied.
Leadkeel keeps a copy of every form submission in your WordPress dashboard, records whether each notification email was sent, and warns you when one fails. No lead is lost, even when email breaks.

- Lead inbox. Every submission is saved before your form plugin sends its email, so a failed email never loses a lead.
- Email results. See whether each notification email was sent, failed (with the error message), or not confirmed.
- Failure warnings. A notice on your dashboard and a count on the Leadkeel menu show leads whose notification failed.
- Form health. One screen showing every form, its last submission, last successful email and recent failures.
- Email check. Send a test email from the Form health page to confirm your site can deliver form notifications.
- Weekly summary. An optional weekly email listing leads whose notification failed and that still need a reply. Nothing is sent in weeks when every lead has been handled.

Works alongside SMTP plugins
Leadkeel does not send email. Keep using WP Mail SMTP, FluentSMTP or your host’s mail setup to send it; Leadkeel makes sure you know when it fails and keeps the lead safe either way.
Privacy
Leadkeel stores form submissions, which may contain personal data, in your site’s database. You choose how long they are kept under Leadkeel Settings. Saved inquiries are included in WordPress’s Export Personal Data and Erase Personal Data tools, matched by email address.
