External services
This plugin connects to Liyobot, a third-party AI chatbot service, which is what powers the chat widget on your site. The plugin itself adds no chatbot functionality on its own — it loads the Liyobot widget.
What it does and when: on the front end of pages where the widget is enabled, the visitor’s browser loads the widget script from Liyobot (https://api.liyobot.com/static/widget.js). The widget then contacts Liyobot’s servers to fetch your chatbot’s configuration and to send and receive chat messages during a conversation.
What is sent: your chatbot’s ID, the messages a visitor types in the chat, and standard request information their browser provides (such as IP address and user agent). Nothing is sent unless a page with the widget loads and, for messages, unless a visitor uses the chat.
